Sprouted Finger Millet, Groundnut, Nattu Sakkarai, Milk Powder, Cashew, Badam
How To Cook:
Take Thiru Sprouted Porridge Flour Mix (2 tbsp) and mix with 200 ml (1 cup) of water or milk without lumps. Boil in the oven for 3 minutes and stir well to prevent lumps. Serve hot with Natural sugar or honey as needed.
(Variation: Can be mixed with water and served with salt).
